Winson currently heads firm’s conveyancing works, such as legal documentation and advisory work on sale and purchase agreement, loan and security documentation. Winson is also well versed in reviewing and drafting of wide range of contracts. 

 

Besides, he also frequently attends to both of Subordinate Courts and the High Court to handle numerous civil cases, from matrimonial proceedings, recovery of debts, probate and administration, land disputes, tenancy disputes etc.

 

Winson has mastered diverse languages in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. He is also actively engaged with the public sharing by publishing legal articles and having Media Interview by 988.

Yan Leong is an enthusiastic lawyer concentrates her practice in litigation, both civil and criminal. She has extensive experience in General Dispute Resolution ranging from Contract Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes, Wills, Probate and Administration, Defamation, Real Estate Disputes and Recovery of Debts.

 

Yan Leong is fluent in Mandarin, Hakka and Cantonese. She ably serves our clients from different backgrounds. She is also actively engaged in organizations’ activities in which she had been appointed as Secretary General of Junior Chamber International Kuala Lumpur in 2018 and is currently serving as Legal Advisor of Great Heart Charity Association.
